Overview

Prime Time Extended Learning Center is a premier before and after school care program serving children ages 5 to 12 across four locations in Tacoma, Washington. Known for their nurturing staff, engaging activities, and dependable care, Prime Time supports families by providing a safe, structured environment during critical hours before and after school.

With a strong reputation in the community, the leadership team recognized it was time for their website to reflect that same level of trust and professionalism. They needed a digital presence that not only showcased their programs and locations, but also simplified the registration process, improved communication with parents, and supported ongoing staff recruitment—all while giving families peace of mind.

The Challenge

Prime Time’s old website was slow, outdated, and lacked the functionality they needed. It didn’t represent their professionalism or make it easy for families to enroll. Registration forms weren’t online, updates were hard to make, and they had no place to post hiring opportunities.

They wanted a faster, more modern site that would streamline processes, highlight their services across locations, and improve their overall presence online.

Our Process

We started by understanding what Prime Time needed most—simplifying registration, saving staff time, and giving them a stronger online brand. We designed a fresh, mobile-friendly website that clearly communicates their services, locations, and values.

We added an online registration system with digital versions of all forms (handbook acknowledgments, authorization forms, etc.), making it easier for families and freeing up hundreds of staff hours. A dedicated careers page was also created to help with recruiting staff. Lastly, we optimized their site’s performance and ensured a clean structure for local SEO.
