They incorporate a variety of hands-on learning activities to help children develop social, cognitive, and motor skills, with activities like vegetable gardening and an outdoor 'pretend city' play area. Their dedicated team, led by passionate founder Nydia Sanchez, fosters a loving and structured environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn.

The Challenge

Learning Space Christian Academy offered great care and a well-rounded curriculum, but struggled to attract new enrollments. The Las Vegas area is highly competitive, with many other centers to compete against. Many families relied on child care subsidies, which led to higher turnover and made it harder to maintain steady interest.

Before working with us, they had only 32 children enrolled out of 85 spots. Family inquiries were inconsistent, and their website wasn’t generating leads. When Nydia reached out, she had just purchased a low-cost website. It looked okay, but its functionality was a disaster. The site had slow loading speeds, a broken contact form, and the developer had disappeared after Nydia requested updates. Realizing the site wouldn’t meet her needs, Nydia turned to us for a new solution.

Our Process

Our work with Learning Space Christian Academy began with a child care-specific 'Website Questionnaire.' Nydia shared key details about the center, including its STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) curriculum, Christian values, and photos of the actual center. This step was crucial because the previous website used generic text and stock photos that didn’t represent the center or its families. By using real information and images, we ensured the new site truly reflected Learning Space Christian Academy’s unique identity.

Using insights from the questionnaire, we designed a visually appealing site that matched Nydia's vision and highlighted key information parents need when considering child care. We also conducted keyword research to target terms like "Christian preschool Las Vegas," "STEM curriculum for preschool," and "toddler program Las Vegas." Dedicated pages for these programs were created to improve search engine visibility and help parents find what they need quickly.

We also set up our ‘Tour Scheduling System,’ which allowed parents to book tours online anytime day or night, including weekends. Automated reminders helped reduce no-shows and made scheduling easier for both parents and staff.
