Additionally, the center faced ongoing stress around its online reputation. A former parent had launched a campaign of false reviews across multiple platforms, leading to a significant decline in their Google review rating. To make matters worse, new reviews were no longer posting to their account, making it impossible to rebuild their rating organically. This constant review management created unnecessary stress, and they wanted a solution that would restore their reputation and provide peace of mind.
We designed a completely new, custom website tailored to Language Garden’s brand. The site was built to be user-friendly, visually engaging, and structured to build trust with prospective families. The design encourages visitors to explore what makes Language Garden unique and take the next step in contacting the school. We also restructured the site’s navigation, creating a dedicated "Curriculum" section with separate pages for English Montessori and Mandarin Montessori, making it easy for parents to understand the key aspects of each program.
To help restore families' trust, we launched a comprehensive reputation management campaign. First, we investigated why new parent reviews weren’t posting and discovered that the Google Business Profile was incorrectly classified as a "school," preventing reviews from appearing. We corrected the classification to child care/daycare, allowing new positive reviews to be posted. Next, we responded to all unaddressed reviews, ensuring Language Garden appeared engaged, professional, and understanding even when handling negative feedback. Finally, we launched a review campaign, encouraging happy families to leave authentic and positive reviews.
With these improvements in place, the website now reflects Language Garden’s values and strengths, and their online reputation is stronger than ever.
