Growing Minds Daycare Learning Center is a vibrant early childhood program located in Stamford, Connecticut, serving infants through Pre-K. Known for their loving environment, strong parent communication, and commitment to whole-child development, the team provides high-quality care that supports every child’s growth.
When they reached out to us, they had no website—meaning parents had no way to find them online, learn about their programs, or easily get in touch. Our goal was to create a digital home that truly represented the warmth and professionalism of their center, while also making it easier for families to inquire, register, and explore what Growing Minds has to offer.

Before working with us, Growing Minds didn’t have a website at all. Families had to rely solely on word-of-mouth or direct phone calls to learn about the center, which made it harder to build trust with new families and significantly limited their reach. Without a website, there was no centralized place to share program details, forms, menus, or school updates.
On top of that, the center wasn’t showing up in local search results for critical keywords like “daycare in Stamford” or “preschool near me.” Parents searching online had no way to discover them, putting them at a major disadvantage in a competitive area.
With Marie and her team focused on delivering exceptional care, they needed a digital solution that could act as an always-on front desk—informing parents, supporting enrollments, and helping them rank in local search results to drive long-term growth.

Our Process
We began by getting to know what makes Growing Minds special—its nurturing approach, strong parent communication, and flexible programming. From there, we created a custom website designed to reflect the center’s warmth and professionalism while guiding parents through every step of the enrollment journey. The layout was built with user experience in mind, making it easy for families to explore programs, download forms, and get in touch.
Because Growing Minds was on our mid-tier SEO plan, we went beyond basic design. We conducted local keyword research and crafted optimized, parent-focused content for each key program and service area. Every page was written and formatted with SEO best practices, including headings, metadata, internal linking, and keyword placement—all geared toward improving rankings for searches like "daycare Stamford CT" and "infant care near me."
We also implemented technical SEO improvements and improved site speed to a PageSpeed score of 100/100. In addition, we fully optimized their Google Business Profile by updating categories, writing a compelling business description, uploading photos, and adding services—ensuring consistency between the website and GBP. To support local authority, we submitted the business to location-specific directories (citations) to further strengthen their online presence.
